More recently, Claremont has increasingly been specialising in advising clients on non-traditional commercial development, such as live/work accommodation.
Claremont have identified that in recent times, the evolution of the commercial office sector has resulted in new demands from clients. Flexibility is therefore key and is a core approach for Claremont when advising on commercial and office development. This includes response to Local Authority policy regimes, such as the Birmingham Clean Air Zone which Claremont has conducted a number of advisory reports to inform client strategies.
