Our Director, Kathy, and Associate Director, Ellie, had the honour of attending the awards ceremony and accepting the award on behalf of the Claremont Planning team last week. It was an inspiring evening celebrating excellence across the industry, and we are delighted to be recognised among the best in the field.

The award marks the second consecutive year that Claremont has received the Property Planning Consultant of the Year title, following our success at the 2025 National Property Awards.

The recognition is a fantastic achievement for the Claremont team and reflects the continued hard work, expertise and commitment, as well as the strong relationships we have developed with our clients and network of consultants.

Over the past year, the team has continued to work across a wide range of complex and challenging planning projects. From strategic land promotion and site appraisals to detailed planning applications, discharge of conditions, appeals and Section 106 negotiations, Claremont has supported clients through the planning process with a confident and trusted approach.

We would like to thank our team for their continued commitment, and our clients for their trust and support. We'd also like to extend our thanks to the National Property Awards for another fantastic evening, and for recognising the successes of the planning profession.

We are incredibly proud to have received the award for a second year running and look forward to building on this achievement in 2027 as Claremont continues to grow.
